The MIS Professional Program

The Professional MIS degree program is an innovative program, designed specifically to meet the needs of working professionals, that can be completed in less than two years by taking classes one night per week. As part of the Professional MIS program, students may choose a concentration in IT Management or ERP Management.

The Two-Year Professional MIS courses are offered in an integrated online and F-2-F in class format. Students in this program enroll in two courses per semester (six graduate hours) for five semesters including the Summer term. Two courses (six hours) are offered each semester; each course has seven (7) three hour contact sessions in addition to the use of selected readings, projects, and online interactive classroom format via educational software delivery systems. Each course will be offered the same evening every other week. The 15 week semester is used for the two courses required; courses are staggered. In this way, a student attends classes one night per week (the same evening) for the six hour requirement. Two evening courses are offered in the Summer term.
