Career Planning

MBA students are focused and ambitious with one of two goals in mind: advancing in your current field or embarking on a new career path altogether. Either way, the Walton College can help you reach your career goals. The Walton College recognizes the importance of placing MBA graduates in rewarding and challenging career positions upon graduation and is committed to providing top quality career planning and placement services to its students through its in-house Career Development Center.

Average Starting Salary

MBA graduates who enter the MBA program with 3 or more years of work experience can expect a higher starting salary than graduates with less work experience.
