Designed for Working Professionals

Our students average between 5 and 7 years of work experience in a range of fields representing more than 40 companies in a multi-state region.  The level of experience and diversity of employers adds a rich component to the program with students learning from each other while networking outside their companies with talented individuals.

An Innovative Curriculum

Because Walton College is located in the heart of the retail industry, we have designed our Managerial MBA curriculum with a strong foundation in the value chain and the consumer-packaged goods industry.

We focus on applications-based learning through cases and projects that can be quickly applied to your current workplace.  By organizing around the value chain, the Walton Managerial MBA blends theory with analysis of real-world business solutions.

Study Abroad for MBAs

Have you always wanted to study abroad but don't think you have the time?  Our short-term programs designed just for MBA students may be perfect for you.

We've designed study abroad programs that allow you to take advantage of vacation time and turn it into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  Our programs last approximately 3 weeks.  During that time, you'll find your days packed with experiences focused on international business and new cultures.

Work-Life Balance

We designed the Walton Managerial MBA to fit into your busy schedule.  Our innovative, part-time program leverages classroom instruction with online learning activities and interactive team-based problem solving.

To complete the 38-hour program, our students attend classes part time, taking 6 hours of coursework per semester and attending class just one Saturday per month for two years.  Even when classes are not in session, you have access to the Walton College's learning resources from anywhere in the world through our extensive technology services and support.
