Fayetteville

Fayetteville, home to the University of Arkansas, boasts a population of 72,208.  Our small town feel comes with the advantanges of a big city, with  Northwest Arkansas' population now at close to 450,000.

In 2007, Kiplinger rated Fayetteville 7th among the Best Places to Live, Work and Play (2008) and one of the Top Ten Best College Towns.

And what's a college town without its own street, frequented by generations of students?  Dickson Street, home to the Walton Arts Center, upscale housing and numerous bars and restaurants begins and ends at the University of Arkansas campus.

Within walking distance on the Fayetteville Square, you'll find the Farmer's Market where neighors meet and greet area organic farmers, artists and musicians every weekend during spring, summer and fall.
